Fast Serve ("we", "us") provides restaurant ordering and operations software for Hong Kong. This notice describes how we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
Data we collect
We collect account information (name, email), order details, and optional location data when you search for nearby restaurants. Restaurant staff accounts include role and branch assignments.
Purpose
We use data to fulfill orders, operate restaurant accounts, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not collect data beyond stated purposes.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for order fulfillment, legal obligations, and account management. Deletion requests are honored subject to lawful holds.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@fast-serve.hk.
Subprocessors
We use AWS for cloud infrastructure. A full subprocessor list is available on request.
