These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fast Serve platform. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Platform role
Fast Serve provides software for restaurants and diners. We are not the merchant of record for food orders — restaurants remain responsible for food preparation, pricing, and service.
Orders and payments
Order acceptance, fulfillment, and refunds are the restaurant's responsibility. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their terms.
Accounts
Restaurant owners may create a free account on our website. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 90 days without login (warning email at 75 days). You must keep credentials secure and ensure staff use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
Fast Serve is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by Hong Kong law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
